I had a very small paint and patch job, and sometimes companies won’t bother coming out for a small task. But Igor was very gracious and they do small jobs and big jobs. The communication was very responsive and they are punctual. Igor did a terrific job for very reasonable rates. They are very professional. I feel very comfortable to recommend them to any of my friends and family and will look to use more of their services in the future.
We hired MKZ Construction for painting, framing and drywall work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. They were always on time, worked hard to get the job done efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Ребята красили нам дом изнутри и снаружи. Заделали все трещины, дырки и сколы, сняли и покрасили трубы водостоков отдельно, заменили старые доски и установили отливы, чтобы в будущем доски не размокали. Мы очень довольны результатом!
