MKSK planned the LEAP district without adequate water access. The IEDC plan to pipe 100 MGD of water from Lafayette to Lebanon is a disaster. MKSK, despite having offices in Lafayette, helped design the district calling LEAP the newest sustainable water management plan in the USA. MKSK/IEDC plan to build a 50-mile pipeline to carry this water is not acceptable to the citizens of Lafayette. For MKSK not to realize community will before diving into this was very unwise.
