DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They quoted $21,000 for a plumbing issue affecting my property and two neighbouring units, claiming it was our responsibility. However, when the issue was left unresolved nad escalated into a biohazard, we contacted Greater Western Water, who assessed the situation immediately. Turns out, the entire scope of work fell under GWW’s jurisdiction—meaning not only was the quote grossly inflated and unscrupulous, but the plumber also had no legal authority to charge for the job in the first place. These guys were great, I thought I’d have to wait days or weeks to get somebody out to fix our issue, but Michael came out on the same day, fixed our problem AND cleaned up after himself. His prices were really reasonable too. Definitely recommend MKS Plumbing
