There is NO service after the sale. Very disappointing
We recently completely re did our outdated kitchen . Tim came to our home and helped us design our new kitchen. I would recommend modern kitchen to anyone. It was very reasonable much lower than big box chains and had a great personal feel. Customer service was excellent.
I can NOT recommend this place to anyone due to the horrible service I've received after spending a tremendous amt of money. In ALL of my years of designing and building high-end custom homes, I've never come across such horrible service, from the way the men (working here) talked to me, handled my order and myself!! MKS has left me feeling so very frustrated and not only will I NOT recommend this place, I will NOT allow any of my future customers to purchase anything for their homes here!!
