to those who haven't heard yet, Kenneth of MKS DIESEL passed away over christmas. He will be missed and remembered well as a good friend and a good man.
They have been fine in the past, but I had an appointment I set in OCTOBER to calibrated my interlock device. I was in the hospital for two months and got out the day before the appointment. I showed up as scheduled with no texts, missed calls or voicemails and learned they had apparently closed at the start of the year. This landed me with a $55 missed appointment fee from Lifesafer because I didn't know ahead of time to call and reschedule (which would have been no less than an hour call anyway). Small shop with great service.
I had a overheating truck pulling a fifth wheel. He got us in right away and diagnosed the problem a crack in the reservoir tank. Fixed the same day so we could make our camping trip. Great Job!!! Thank you so much.
