Marlin and his crew are wonderful. The big thing I appreciate about Marlin and MKS Construction is that Marlin and his son are ON THE JOB- not handed off to a bunch of people I never met. The work was done very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. His prices are competitive as well. I'm glad I hired them! Excellent job!
MKS was very fairly priced and did an amazing job with our roof and gutter installation as well as a thorough clean up afterward. The roof replacement only took one day, and Marlin kept in contact with me during the job (getting approval from me before replacing any damaged plywood from the previous roof, sent pictures, etc). This company does great work and is honest. Would definitely recommend them to others.
I was very pleased with the work that MKS Construction did installing our new roof. Everyone that worked on it was courteous and did a great job. They insured that all the debris was cleaned up after it was completed. Marlin came by after the job was completed and double-checked that everything had been cleaned up.
