I had an opportunity to work with MKS Construction to replace my sunroom roof. Marlin is great to work with. His work is exceptional. He arrived on time and completed the job, provided detailed pictures and clened up everything. He also provided great suggestions. I would definitely work with him again!
We recently decided to add Solar to our home and Belmont Solar, our solar contractor, recommended MKS Construction as a reputable roofer to replace our 19 yr. old roof before installing the new solar array. Marlin of MKS, came out and gave us several good options with a 50 yr. warranty. We decided which one fit our needs best and scheduled with him for the job. Good craftsmanship, professional and respectful. Works with you to meet your needs. Would recommend!
Marlin and his crew are wonderful. The big thing I appreciate about Marlin and MKS Construction is that Marlin and his son are ON THE JOB- not handed off to a bunch of people I never met. The work was done very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. His prices are competitive as well. I'm glad I hired them! Excellent job!
MKS was very fairly priced and did an amazing job with our roof and gutter installation as well as a thorough clean up afterward. The roof replacement only took one day, and Marlin kept in contact with me during the job (getting approval from me before replacing any damaged plywood from the previous roof, sent pictures, etc). This company does great work and is honest. Would definitely recommend them to others.
