When I called for an estimate, he was there the same day. He’s the only one of 5 estimates that went on the roof to inspect. He contacted me twice to make sure I had no questions about the estimate. Good communication all the way through. Roof replaced the same day. Highly recommend!
MKS Construction did an excellent job to replace the report oof on my house and shed. I also had them replace my gutters rand downspouts. Marlin was very responsive throughout the entire process in addressing my questions and concerns.The crew was very organized and went carefully through the work area when done to ensure that they left my house in a very clean state. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any roof repairs or replacement.
Highly recommend MKS Construction! We added a new room onto the back of our house and love it! We cut into our Master bedroom to frame out a hallway to “hide” the doorway from the family room and it turned out even better than we pictured! They were able to completely match everything on the inside of the house, as well as the outside…you would never know it was an addition put on seven years later.
