I made an appt as a first time customer, missed my appt fault of my own. I know there is a 50% cancelation fee, cool. HOWEVER, I received an email the next day informing me if I was to rebook that 32.50 would go towards my service being I was a first time customer, so I REBOOKED my appt. I absolutely loved the experience. This was my first wax ever and Sylvia was great at calming my nerves and was extremely professional. The service was quick with great quality and my skin has never felt better.

I just had my first wax ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Courtney immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was super sweet and professional, and explained everything as she went. The space was clean, welcoming, and she made the whole process quick and way less intimidating than I expected. Highly recommend her to anyone. :)
