I just had my first wax ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Courtney immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was super sweet and professional, and explained everything as she went. The space was clean, welcoming, and she made the whole process quick and way less intimidating than I expected. Highly recommend her to anyone. :)
Got a Brazilian and it didn’t hurt a bit (it was my second wax)! The place was cute and the staff was nice. The price was a little high though.
I went in for my first ever waxing experience today. The receptionist (I forgot her name, I apologize) was very welcoming. She answered all my questions thoroughly and happily. Even the embarrassing one. Mrs. Sylvia did the waxing. She made me feel at ease immediately. She gave me explanations for how she was doing things and why.
