I drive all the way from Cary to see Diamond and she always does an amazing job. I can’t find anyone to compare to her. Very sweet and always makes sure I am comfortable. (:

I’ve been going to MKN Eyebrow Threading in High Point for years, since they were in their original location, and I’ve always been happy with the service from experienced staff. Sami does my eyebrows perfectly every time, which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing due to customer service issues with a newer employee, Diamond, who works during the week. I love getting my eyebrows done here but the lady that is there during the week is only nice at first then after you don’t tip her face instantly changes she doesn’t smile when told thank you she ignores you and makes snarky comments under her breathe. While I don’t think tipping is required even when I do tip it seems as tho she doesn’t thinks it is enough. The only thing this place lacks is better costumer service.
