We used MKM for our day of Wedding Coordination. Megan scheduled several calls in the week leading up to our big day, and her and Crystal were at the rehearsal dinner to run rehearsal. They were super organized and very clear. Crystal was our day of coordinator and she was beyond amazing!!! Me and my husband eloped. We did not want anything big, and wanted it just the two of us. Despite those things Megan did such a wonderful job at making our day special. She talked to us on the phone before to get to know us, and met with us the day before so that everything would be good to go the day of. My husband has a religious background, I do not and she did a really good job at balancing it for the both of us. Overall was an amazing experience to work with her and would recommend to anyone!
I started planning my daughter’s wedding over a year before the big day (which was this past Saturday May 31), thinking I could do it all. I am not one to take negative reviews lightly, especially for small businesses, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience to help other brides avoid a similar situation. I hired the owner at MKM as my full-service wedding planner in February 2024. While the initial consultation was promising, issues with mismanagement quickly surfaced.
