I am the same person who left the 1-star review with photos. I reached back out to Michael at MKE Top Shop when I saw his response and willingness to fix the mistakes he made. Michael did not answer any of my calls or texts. I drove to his shop to see him in person. He was very cordial and assured me that he would fix my tops in the next few months when business slowed down. That was in December; it is now May. Love my new countertops, install was great. Seam, what seam? I can’t even tell it’s there. Mike was great, worked to make sure they were in before Christmas. I’ve had nothing but compliments! Keep it local, this is the place to go!
I am not satisfied with the quality of this work. Mike was a nice guy to talk to and work with. But he did not tell me that he was not a Tops installer until the day he came to install my countertops. And it shows. There was silicone residue left all around my sink, some measurements were too short and didn't leave room for accent trim, and the backside of one piece was not finished with laminate.
