Ms. Janice, I can't say enough about. Where should i begin, first very professional, communicate and keep her clients well informed through out the bus route (picked up and dropped off). I have never had a problem of late pick ups and sometimes when I open my front door to look for the bus to arrive. Ms. Janice in front of my house waiting for the kids.
