Outstanding knowledge backed up by superb service! You simply couldn't ask for any more! Mike & Kat were a pleasure to deal with all the way through from full diagnostic with the latest electronic equipment to advising what level of maintenance service would be required for my bike. Honestly can not rate this garage highly enough!! Mike and Kath make you feel like part of the family, not just another customer. They get to know you on a personal level, will stop what they're doing to talk to you and go out of their way to help when your having a biking emergency. If you haven't been to MKD yet, you're missing out. Won't go anywhere else now.
Heard about this place through a friend that recently had his bike serviced here. I needed some brake pads so phoned up and was helped to order the correct ones for next day pick up. I was late finishing work on a friday so wouldn't make it to pick them up, I phoned to ask them if I could send in an uber burscough/southport, I was given a better offer and Mkd delivered them by hand to help me out... how perfect is that.. gained a new customer here. Really good service. Thanks so much, brakes all sorted now. 🙂
I was recommended to go to MKD Motorcycles from MTC Exhausts, so glad I went, Mike sorted braided brake lines and aftermarket parts on my GSX-S GT I can't fault the service I received, Mike is my go to mechanic from now.
What a truly holistic professional and diligent service these guys ( and lady) provide. Literally blown away by attention to detail, persistence, patience and diplomatic recovery of bike from a" difficult " situation ( fill in the blanks).
