I leveraged Mike’s services via UShip. From the start, Mike was very scattered with his communication. I was constantly reaching out confirming pickup, transportation updates, and dropoff. Overall, my experience was very inconsistent and unreliable with Mike. He was late to pickup and had to reschedule last minute to the next day and you had to chase him for specifics. The best way I can explain Mike is ‘perfect.’ He communicates clearly and often, delivered glass and steel in the condition it was picked up in, and he was on time despite consolidating 12 or more different deliveries along the east coast. We had things delivered from Illinois to Maryland. Would absolutely recommend this guy. Would recommend and do business again! 10/10 will use him again
