This is a terrible company. I would give them no rating at all the people they subcontract to are terrible their liars. They don’t answer the phone. I told them I wanted to finish off look due to the fact that my backsplash didn’t meet up to my cupboards, I’m still waiting to hear back what they’re going to do about it. I wouldn't refer this company to anybody I care about. I had to use them because they were the company Home Depot subcontracts with. First, Sara, the person that seemed to be in charge has a quick temper and hung up on me. Only one of two sinks were installed because of a mistake on their part. The plumbing is scheduled for the following day which was prescheduled. The next day nobody showed so I called and asked her when/if they were coming and she stated that they cancelled it.
