I met Kevin, owner of MK Capital Funding late 2024. He was able to secure construction financing for a new investor - in a very rural area (very difficult to do). The application and underwriting process was easy; We closed relatively quickly and the entire process was transparent & easy to work with. The borrower is happy and the new build project is nearly complete. I will use MK Capital again.
