Very happy with MBK & will use again. Mike, Margie & Josh were responsive, efficient, professional & friendly. Appointment made quickly with on-time arrival. Josh on-site provided a thorough inspection of the issue, clear explanation of the solution, patience with my questions and quick resolution.
Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. I knew he would get the job done. Thank you so much MKB Plumbing!!!
The best and fast loading
We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!
