We had an outstanding experience with MKB Plumbing Septic and especially our technician, Zeke. I originally found them on Facebook, sent a message, and received an immediate response. From my first inquiry to the entire job being completed was only about 6½ hours, which is incredibly impressive. Zeke came out right away, quickly located our septic box, and dug it up with no wasted time. By far the best plumping and septic company to deal with! Came out quickly, very honest, great pricing, and friendly staff. HIGHLY recommend.
Had MKB come out to look at our septic to pump it out. Turns out my lid was cracked in several places and it was almost full. They put in a new tank for us and they were so pleasant to deal with from the guys that came to pump it out, to the owner Mike who came out and put in the new tank, to his Dad who did some light grading/debris removal/grass & seed . . great company to deal with and think I also got a fair price :) highly recommend
I can't give these guys enough stars! After having 2 previous companies come and give me quotes of 15,000 for new tank and leech field, Mike came out spent hours checking out my system. We found out my leech field wasn't even where the previous companies told me it was and my tank although it's old was working and my leech field was fine. Called MKG for a shower leak, came over quickly had the job done in a timely fashion. Mike was extremely friendly and professional. Didn’t get overcharged or pressured into an expensive repair for the work. I would highly recommend.
