I waited 19 weeks for a piece that was quoted to be done in 4-6 weeks. Over those 19 weeks, I was promised updates and then ghosted. I was told "it should be done next week" and then ghosted some more. Matt said my piece would be done Nov 10 but refused to promise a full refund if wasn't completed by then. Instead, he tried to make me sign a contract making the delivery of my piece contigent on me removing my honest review of his business and any social media posts I made regarding this.
