I wish I could give an actual review on products but I have yet to receive a custom piece I ordered months ago. Owner of the business explained how slow jewelry business is in the summer and I was quoted 4-6 weeks for my piece. At the 6 week mark, not having heard anything I reached out about an update on my piece. We ordered custom wedding rings 15 weeks before our wedding. Despite an invoice promising 4–6 weeks, they arrived only 8 days before the big day — leaving no time to resize my too-small band. Matt was great to work with. We had an engagement ring with an heirloom band that needed repairing. Matt laid out our options and then showed us a digital rendering of what the new ring would look like. The whole process was very transparent and made us feel comfortable.
