We ordered custom wedding rings 15 weeks before our wedding. Despite an invoice promising 4–6 weeks, they arrived only 8 days before the big day — leaving no time to resize my too-small band. Matt was great to work with. We had an engagement ring with an heirloom band that needed repairing. Matt laid out our options and then showed us a digital rendering of what the new ring would look like. The whole process was very transparent and made us feel comfortable. Matt was happy to answer all our questions and share details of the work. And the final product looks great! Very happy with MKB.

Matt had been wonderful! I broke my knuckle and had to have my ring resized and he took care of it immediately. Then when my knuckle healed I lost my ring playing soccer and he helped me replicate it knowing that it was more sentimental than financial. I’ll always use him for everything my family needs for jewelry!
