My husband broke down a half hour away from here and being a Mack dealer figured this is the perfect place to get the part he needed. I called to pay for the part over the phone with my credit card and requested delivery to him, which the website says is offered. Turns out not only is delivery to anyone but a licensed shop not available they also won't put it in an uber and charge me extra for it! We have had one of our company trucks there since a week b4 Thanksgiving. It is a volvo with a automatic transmission. Something broke inside the transmission....fair enough. Find the problem and fix it or how about just putting a remanufactured transmission in So far they have charged the company 16 thousand dollars and the truck is still not finished. We call and they cant give us a eta on getting it finished....really?!? If they would have given us options....fix the old or replace with a rebuild. No communication...we ha... read more
Night parts guy Al was great, quick, professional and knowledgeablable.
Amazing service. We mostly dealt with Kendra and she communicated great. Truck broke down Thursday, it was in the shop same day. I didn't even know this location existed in the M&K network, but I am glad I do now. Thank you guys so much!
