We experienced an issue with an APU installed at M&K. We scheduled an appointment a few days in advance and explained the problem in detail. We dropped off the truck for service at the scheduled time and were informed that it would be inspected on the same day, for which we were charged approximately $500. I called ahead to see if they could get me the same day and they said they could. Unfortunately i was late a few hours because of road service but Rick got me in either way. I must say he was on point on everything and i was aware of everything during the whole process. 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately we had some software issues with volvo that had nothing to do with this shop. In the morning Herb finished everything and i was good to go. Great place great customer service from everyone there. There is gentleman there his name is Rick. He worked on my truck and performs great service and great customer service. He’s amazing. I recommend any problem far as his knowledge he will answer and fix any problem that you would have. Thank you Rick you are awesome
