I do not recommend this company! During the process of purchasing our home in July 2022 an unexpected rain resulted in water in our basement. The homeowner at the time (previous owner now) was advised to use M&K Total Home Concepts to repair what was damaged. Upon receiving keys to the home we noticed things that were not done (per the agreement they had) and things that were so poorly done that it was upsetting a business would allow it to stay that way. Two weeks later. Two calls later, still Mike won’t contact us. I have a warning to anybody even considering using him. He uses sub contractors. Sub contractors are NOT covered by his liability insurance. My 80 year old mother used Mike to install her roof. He promised her he would be the general contractor. He showed in the morning for a few minutes and didn’t return till the end of the day. My 80 year old mother used Mike to install her roof. He promised her he would be the general contractor. He showed in the morning for a few minutes and didn’t return till the end of the day. We had problems with a black tar leaking off the roof and the new gutters which he installed running over like a waterfall within 6 months of the work. Mike and his crew were exceptional! Mike helped every step of the way with my insurance claim and his crew was great. Double tear off and replacement in the heat. They were fast and everything was picked up and clean up when they were done. Definitely recommend!
