This review is more so about the customer service. I had to find an eyebrow threading place fast because my usual place is closed, so I came here because it's the closest one. The eyebrow threading was good, I have no complaints about that. But I left feeling really annoyed and upset because the person that did my eyebrows said something that's rude and triggering. I recently did a full Brazilian wax and the girls did such a great job. They used honey wax which was not painful and the results were great. I would highly recommend this Salon. They are very professional and very experienced in what they do. Thank you girls

This review is long overdue. I visited in June of last year and had a horrible experience with Nilu, who did eyebrow threading for me and my daughter. She was dismissive of my feedback and requests, and instead responded with criticism and made offensive remarks about South Indian people. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
