Called to set an appointment and the owner set me up with a young lady to cut my hair when she first started the haircut. She did not have any spray bottles to wet my hair. I have had a very bad experience with MK salon. I was trying to set up an appointment to get my hair done for an event and I had booked a week in advance to secure my spot, come the day of my appointment and they texted me saying that their pipes had frozen from a big snow storm and i need to come in with clean dry hair, I understand that things happen but I am not going to keep my appointment if the service can not be done and I will not do my hair to go and get my hair done.
