Called to set an appointment and the owner set me up with a young lady to cut my hair when she first started the haircut. She did not have any spray bottles to wet my hair. That was the first red flag, and I asked for a mid skin fade. Very simple to do. I have had a very bad experience with MK salon. I was trying to set up an appointment to get my hair done for an event and I had booked a week in advance to secure my spot, come the day of my appointment and they texted me saying that their pipes had frozen from a big snow storm and i need to come in with clean dry hair, I understand that things happen but I am not going to keep my appointment if the service can not be done and I will not do my hair to go and get my hair done. Barber was late to his appointment and extremely rude, premises are unsafe trying to enter. No refunds granted. DONT GO HERE I get there 3 minutes before my appointment, I now have to terrain around just straight slush puddles and ice to get the front, get to the door, no body’s there, ring the doorbell and wait, go back to car, I get random confusing texts from him that doesn’t explain the situation, I go back to door thinking he’s inside and ready now, not there, I just leave at this point, he’s now late, with no heads up ... read more
