Exercise physiology: knowledgeable and also flexible and supportive in terms of my real life limitations. Note: at Sunshine there is free multilevel parking (for 3hours).
I can’t remember if I’ve posted previously about MK but I keep coming back for more. I’m a pain in the backside and quite pedantic, keeping this in mind matty ALWAYS modifies his plan dependant on my needs (which are annoyingly specific) Appreciate the work mk and co PSA - my mum loves him too
Ciella from MK Movement in Sunshine is a wonderful person to work with, always full of enthusiasm, cheerful and very positive. She is always very encouraging and supportive. She always has an exercise routine for Pamela to strengthen her core and flexibility. I noticed that training with Ciella ,Pamela has improved her motivation and increased in self confidence. I would strongly recommend Ciella as she cares for the wellbeing of her clients and encourage them to challenge themselves.
Matt was great. He explained everything thoroughly and was very encouraging. The kids had a great experience.
My son loved the testing he will be continuing - they were friendly and knowledgeable.
