One on one for exercise physiology - MK Movement were the only ones who actually identified and singles out my main weakness in my knees, and offered honest invaluable support. Prior to this I had seen many other physios etc who did not pick up or identify the vast difference in my knees

After being diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma my treatment left me tied and fatigued and my doctor suggested starting with mild exercise and that’s when I found MK Movement. Matt’s expertise and knowledge catered a plan the get me started and then build my fitness step by step to get me back fitter than before my diagnosis. Plans were personal and goal oriented with the right amount of push while supporting all the way through.
