Fernandes power washed the house and cleaned the roof and gutters.His attention to detail and thoroughness left our home looking as if it had just been painted. The roof was spotless. After he left every area around the house was also spotless including brick pathways which he washed because they were dirty and some areas covered with moss. This is the first time in 11 years that we have experienced this level of service.

They do a fabulous job of creating the perfect holiday light scheme on your home! They will help you design the lights with virtual photos, and they will install and service them year after year!
Fernandes and his team are fantastic. Their gutter cleaning services are thorough. Their holiday light installations are beautiful and very carefully done. Fernandes is extremely professional, prompt in responding to scheduling requests, prompt in replacing bulbs, and meticulous. We are extremely satisfied with his services! Can’t go wrong with him and his team.
We have used Fernandes' Mk Exterior Services for the past few years, including gutter cleaning, dryer vent line cleaning, window cleaning inside and out, driveway way & patio power wash, house exterior power wash and cleaning our Eze-Breeze patio panels. We keep using Mk Exterior because Fernandes does excellent work. He is conscientious in everything he does and I can trust him to be on time and complete the work to my satisfaction.
