I was lucky to work with MK Enterprises when renting my first apartment. Our landlord, Mark, was extremely nice and helpful in getting settled. Our lease was simple and straightforward, easy to understand and follow. The apartment was well maintained and any complaint was taken care of quickly (shower clogging, dishwasher acting up, etc.).
