Mike has contributed on 3 projects for me. One was at Lending Hands of Kalamazoo, where a cleaning station was being installed. Mike advised how to reconstruct the walls and ensure that the unit was waterproof. He donated time and materials, including purchasing some materials for us at wholesale prices. The 2nd and 3rd projects were remodeling at my home, which already had undergone extensive repairs for moisture due to construction flaws. This is the second time we've used Michael and his team. It can be really difficult to find a good contractor and we feel very lucky to have found him! Michael helped design and remodel our downstairs to include a bathroom and wet bar. It was a total transformation of the space, and we couldn't be more pleased. Michael walked us through the process daily. He has an eye for detail and the quality of the work was excellent. His team also ensured that the worksite was clean and orderly. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
Mike was amazing to work with from start to finish. We had to gut our basement to make an 'in-law suite' and We were dealing with a very specific timeline and budget, and Mike was there with ideas and options to keep us on track.
