We purchased our brand new MK Building Group home in July 2022. We are super impressed with the quality and architectural design of the property. Quality Townhouse that exceeded our expectations with the design, execution and follow up. We decided on a Lift to be installed after occupancy and this was delivered with minimum fuss, all other inquiries we had were completed by MK Building Group with timely execution. We are very happy and would fully recommend MK Building for your next project.

Unfortunately I have to warn potential clients! We are now dealing with MK Building for almost 2 years (yes, that is TWO!) to get a water issue sorted. Initially, it took over six months to get them moving (the issue was initially resolved after 1 year). After the heavy rain late last year, the issue arose again. When they inspected it (after a few weeks of chasing), comments were made that the tiler did work compliantly. Would have been good to check at the time. Other than from one staff member (Ian), not a single apology.... read more
