Unfortunately I have to warn potential clients! We are now dealing with MK Building for almost 2 years (yes, that is TWO!) to get a water issue sorted. Initially, it took over six months to get them moving (the issue was initially resolved after 1 year). After the heavy rain late last year, the issue arose again. When they inspected it (after a few weeks of chasing), comments were made that the tiler did work compliantly. Would have been good to check at the time.
