Do not call, was quoted 65 for a call out to switch a tire. We did the courtesy of having the truck up and ready to switch out. Calls back with a 195 dollar invoice, stating we were far, we were 15-20 minutes out, and he didnt have the courtesy to let us know it will be more because he thought we were in his town. Just because of that, i dont mind paying emergency rates, but have the courtesy to tell your customers its going to be more before you head out. He had address before he headed out.
Called them because my dad needed to have the bolts fixed one of his tires, gave them my dads number and location, they said they would call him and go out there. Nobody goes or calls him, so I call the company back to see what’s going on and they say someone went out there and said nothing was wrong and it didn’t need fixing.
