The technician came the same day my husband called and was extremely helpful in setting up my washer and dryer. We didn't have all the right parts for the hookup, but he already had everything ready in his truck. He was cordial and efficient. He double checked and tested out all of the equipment before he left.
I recently had to change the evaporator fan on my fridge and sears parts said it was discontinued and it would take them 7 days to send me an other fan that matches the one i needed. I called MK Appliance Repair and they modified a similar fan motor and was able to get it 5 minutes after my conversation with sears parts for half the price. I will definitely recommend them to others.
