The tech that was sent out to our home in keswick Va at the end of October . stated to reheem he replaced the control panel and both elements do to the error codes faulty wiring bad upper and lower elements in our new home. Control panel replaced but nothing was ever done to the elements . MJW Plumbing was able to come on short notice, clearly explained what our issue was, and got our drains unclogged in record time. They were prompt, courteous and professional. But above all they are honest. My issue wasn’t as bad as we thought and they let me know that, adjusting the cost to a lower amount than estimated. Two thumbs up!!
When our pressure valve failed at our Herndon home on Thanksgiving, Mike took multiple calls from me on the holiday to assess the situation. He quickly resolved the issue, and other plumbing needs we had identified as needing fixes, swiftly and with transparency on pricing.
