MJT Roofing replaced our roof that had been damaged and then further damaged due to ice damage from this past brutal winter. Manny came, as scheduled , to give us an estimate. I love that he texted me when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he inspected the area, asked detailed questions about the history of this house/roof and included photos with the estimate. MJT replaced my roof five years ago. The install was outstanding, but the more important note now is that the roof has performed without a leak all these years. Even with the heavy snow loads and ice build up from this winter’s snow storms, not a leak, not a problem, just great performance. These guys are awesome, my roof leaked within first couple months of buying my house, these guys came out next day for estimate, worked with my wife and i with limited financial options, did amazing repair work same week. Me being a California beach bum, had no idea that ice dams were a thing until this last snowstorm, realized to late for me to do anything, these guys came out within a couple hours of me signing the agreement and had my roof cleared of ice and snow within 30 min. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
The MJT Roofing crew did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. From quote to completion, MJT Roofing preformed the entire job as described verbally and in the written contract. The teamwork displayed during the process definitely contributed to the quality of the final product. The price was also competitively priced and actually came out lower than the average as quoted by others. I would recommend MJT Roofing for roof your replacement. Job well done.
