The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate. Many thanks to Mannie and his remarkable crew for the wonderful job they did replacing our roof! His crew arrived promptly at 7am and worked until 7pm. The roof was replaced within two days. Not one speck of debris was left on the property after project completion. A small nick on our deck railing was repaired immediately. A fair quote, excellent communication including photos provided throughout the process, altogether an extremely positive experience.
MJT Roofing installed an excellent roof, using quality materials, and was able to complete the work fast and efficiently. Manny is attentive and responsive, and followed up rapidly on requests.
