A tree crashed through the roof of our garage! It was destroyed. Manny, his crew and his office staff were so professional, efficient and polite. They kept in touch with us in every aspect of the job. They even did all the preliminary work of negotiating with our insurance to make sure we would have the insurance money available to fix the damage to our satisfaction. Manny went above and beyond. Came out and gave very fair pricing the day I called for a quote (in the rain). After quoting, part of my ridge vent blew off and he came right over in business casual clothes and climbed up to fix it. I knew it was time to sign the contract at that point. While he was doing the re-roof job, he fixed some other things he noticed along the way that should have been done last time the roof was done - even on an addition part of my house he wasn’t re-roofing!
