Poor communication. I called and left messages multiple times and never got a callback or spoke with anyone on the phone. Left a message on Facebook and had a brief correspondence with someone who assured me I would be called the next day but I never was. If the amount of effort they put into communicating in any way matches the effort the put into their craftsmanship, I’m glad they never called back. Perhaps I dodged a bullet.
Matt did a complete bathroom renovation for my parents, he turned their dreams into reality and the space turned out beautiful. Honest, hardworking crew who really made the whole experience painless. The quality work speaks for itself. I absolutely recommend.
Everything about M&J's made me feel comfortable and confident knowing that everything that needed to be done would be. They have an excellent set of skilled technicians to accomplish whatever project you could bring to them. I highly recommend them
