Review: Poor Follow-Up and Communication They came to my house to fix a clogged drain, and while the initial service seemed fine, the issue returned just five days later with the drain slowing down again. I tried calling the plumbing department multiple times, but every call went straight to a full voicemail box. After several days of no response, I reached out to the water heater department instead. This was our first time using MJS Plumbing & Heating and we’re extremely satisfied with the results. Juan was on time, easy to talk to, and very efficient. We needed a new hook up for a dishwasher. When he was done he meticulously cleaned up everything before he left. We will definitely be using MJS from now on for any other work we need done. Unfortunately I don’t have a before picture.

Great experience showed up in the time window that I was given. I forgot the guys name but he was very polite professional and cleaned up as he was working.

Had an issue with our tankless water heater. MJS sent a technician and within 90 minutes from the time I called, had it up and running. I highly recommend MJS!
