New York State Fence was very easy to work with. Dave from sales trekked out in three feet of snow to take proper measurements so he could give us an accurate quote. He really helped us to pick what setup was right for us. We called him one evening with some changes and he called us back within a few minutes with an updated quote. The updated contract arrived a few days later. The installers showed up promptly with everything they needed and had already been updated with the changes we asked for. Difficult company to work with. Rude and very uncaring. When I hear: "well that's the way it is" I run the other way. I would never never do business with these people again. They got my money once, but never again. STAY AWAY
