Terrible! Do not use them for snow removal! The were contracted for our HOA and new about many recently installed concrete driveways. They used the wrong snow equipment and damaged many driveways. What is worse, they took no responsibility. Stay clear of them!
Our new construction landscape efforts started with the designer, Tracy. She was incredible. We had a few ideas around what we wanted and Tracy put together a terrific plan, including hardscape and included a 3D walk through. We have been clients of MJS and we especially liked the service and quality of work for a major redo of all the old landscaping at our current home. Heather did an amazing job of listening to what we liked and didn’t like and then created a beautiful new version of our yard. Doug and Luis worked very hard to make the plan come to life. This by far the worst snow removal company I have ever experienced. They have damaged numerous garage doors, bricks, siding, curbs and grass from snow plows. We had them on our ring camera and they denied hitting our garage door and would not repair it. The workers have told us they are told to trim trees and have no idea what or how to trim them. They stand on small shrubs and use a string trimmer on weeds so they do not have to pull weeds. They drive their lawn mowers over wood chips instead of going around landscape beds.
