called for an emergency plumbing issue first thing this morning and they sent out Garett right away, who was AMAZING. down to earth, friendly and got the job done quickly and properly with a great attitude. 10/10 would call again for Garett to fix all of our future needs!
So, this is going to be a lot, but this was truly an awful experience. They were incredibly unresponsive, they did not finish the job, and they almost made me spend an extra $5,000 on a new boiler for absolutely no reason. I asked them to replace a few baseboards and someone came out to take measurements (hours late), and they rescheduled over and over again and I’d only get new information when I’d call or email them. They came to do the job a couple weeks late, left in the middle of it for another call without notifying me... read more
