I just wanted to say a huge thank you for taking me in on such short notice and fixing my haircut. One day before my wedding and another shop really messed it up. I was feeling pretty rough about it—but you turned it around completely. I really appreciate your skill and the time you took, especially without any heads-up. You seriously saved the day. Came in today for a haircut with for my nephew and son, but my son was quite upset so decided just to do my nephew. Whilst i understand that not all haircuts will look exactly how you want given certain circumstances. For my 12 yo nephew to be spoken to the way he was, was quite upsetting being told ya realise its not gunna look like that in an abrupt tone cause he hair is straight.
