Horror show, gave them deposit for foundation plans then they refused to give me the framing plans for foundation. I sent "numerous" emails about which made it clear that was the expectation prior to signing contract. I told them I would pay them as soon as I received the framing plan for the foundation then they sent a letter to the building inspector of the city (throwing me under the bus) indicating the plans were not stamped and that they were not going to stamp them until I paid them in full.
