Que hermoso me dejaron mi cabello. El servicio y la calidad de trabajo que hicieron, fue buenisimo. Tenia 2-3 años de no cortarme mi pelo por miedo y la muchacha me hizo sentir comoda… me enseño lo que iba a cortar y algunos tips para cuidarlo. Definitivamente regresare por unos highlights :)
She cuts great. Unfortunately I found it to be unprofessional that she got upset for me having to cancel an appointment I had called 2 and a half hours before our appointment to cancel due to my family going to the E.R. I spoke to one of her staff members who was nice about it. Well a week later when I called to set up an appointment with the manager she said she couldn't help me or set up an appointment and to call her some other day since I left her hanging.
