A young electrician (an apprentice?) worked on installing a motion-sensing light switch for over an hour. He couldn't get it to work, and just left. MJR would not stop sending me a bill and reminders for this non-service. They did not respond to my emails explaining that the work had not been successfully completed. I ended up just paying to be rid of them!
We had a major power surge and MJR was there same day to get us back up and running. They did a great job
