In June 2025 I hired Marty/MJR Contruction/painting to complete painting, carpeting, and flooring services in my home. The contractor assured me that the work would be performed by professionals. He took $17,000 for the job upfront and requested and additional $11,000. He then delayed the project by 3.5 weeks, then had sketchy people in my home that appeared to be on drugs, smoking cigarettes at my house and damaging my property.
