We had a great experience with MJP Chicago today. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything while solving the issue quickly and thoroughly. I’m getting a lot of work redone on my mid century modern home and unfortunately have quite a few old galvanized pipes that were built on top of the wall instead of inside the wall in my utility room. Drew did an amazing job of updating my utility sink piping to the more standard copper and getting it properly fitted by the studs. I also had an old concrete utility sink that was close to 300lbs that he expertly removed and replaced with a way more functional stainless steal one. MJP is amazing! I've had them work on my sump pump and water heater, and both times they were knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful. They made what was a stressful time of having plumbing issues a lot less painful! Would recommend time and time again!
We have been dealing with MJP over the last few days (our first experience with them) and they've been terrific, from Mary who arranged the initial scheduling, then accommodated my calls over the Holiday weekend to reschedule us for a more convenient time, to the two plumbers, Devon and ?Steve?, who came to our home this morning to do the needed work.
