Matt is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful to me. My car began playing up on the highway and I began searching for a mechanic in nearby Nowra to get advice. The first few I rang didn’t even want to talk to me or had an answering service which was not helpful when you’re on the side of a road. Not only did Matt answer his phone but actually reassured me to hobble into his workshop where he happily put down tools to treat me like a VIP! I honestly can’t recommend this workshop enough. I walked in with an urgent issue and instead of turning me away, they went above and beyond to help straight away. They took the time to properly explain what was going on, were upfront and honest, and got the job done efficiently without any stress or pressure. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely looks after customers — especially in emergency situations. Reliable, fair, and top-quality service. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone.
Highly recommend these guys, from the moment I talked to them on the phone they were very friendly and helpful. My car had a serious transmission issue, and they went out of their way to make sure I got home safely. Honestly amazing service, will definitely come back here!
