A+ Solution and Service!! ANTS, ants and more ants... Both carpenter and your normal small black variety ants invaded our cottage last year. Never had the problem before. We began using MJM services 2 yrs ago hoping they would be able to control a ext ant & spider problem we experience every summer, common with living by the lake. I was amazed at how well it worked! Our windows and property have been clear of ants, webs and spider droppings throughout the summer. We use MJM regularly now. Their products work for a whole range of pests, and their technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. I recommend MJM to get the job done!!
Before the spider spray, I swept my patio chairs, windows and outdoor light fixtures daily, as spider webs came back overnight. Post-spray: no new spider webs. Effective immediately and a few weeks later, still no spiders. Will be getting this done yearly.
