Ad says they are a 24/7 business. I called on a Sunday morning at approximately 730 am. Its now Monday at 945 am. Ive yet to hear back from them. No sure why they advertise 24/7.
My inducer motor burnt out and MJK came the same day and fixed it. I was very relieved because it’s winter and I didn’t want my pipes to freeze. Diego was kind and efficient. My heater runs quieter now and I feel safe. Thank you MJK!
