I went in to get my due date moved back and the tall young guy that stands on the second desk on the right was VERY unprofessional. I needed my due date pushed back. After he got off the phone with billing he said to me "they got it pushed back but it's gonna be $100 more" so I replied "I don't wanna pay that much" So then he got frustrated because he had to call billing again to cancel the change. Lonnie Gilbert is horrible at communicating and very slow. Avoid this company if you have other options.
I have been working with Douglas for 5 years, incredible person that I highly recommend to anyone. Very attentive to any needs I have, constantly checks in to make sure he’s doing all that he can. 5 stars isn’t enough!
