My experience with Dr.Shaw is amazing. He is an incredible Dr. This post however is about his receptionist. She is a VILE, RUDE, UNLIKEABLE, MEAN, JUST PLAIN NASTY LIKE A GRINCH.....Every time I go in she makes me feel like I'm a burden on her day and I should just shut up and listen to her rude requests and comments....why she is still working for such a kind person as Dr. SHAW IS..THATS BEYOND ME !!! This was my first visit with Dr. Shaw. He and his medical staff were professional and courteous but the woman at the front desk was rude and indifferent. I was a new patient!! She made me want to turn around and leave. Maybe she didn’t want to be there, or she had a burr in her saddle.
I just had an appointment with Dr. Foster for the first time and she was wonderful. Very pleasant, thorough, professional. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Shaw is a good Dr. However, the 2 stars is for the staff. TERRIBLE....
