Mike was absolutely fantastic! When no other plumbers were willing to take the time to come out to Canadensis and declog our drain, he stepped up and got the job done quickly and professionally. His customer service is top-notch—he’s always friendly, honest, and communicates clearly every step of the way. I called several plumbing companies on the night of Halloween on behalf of my mother as her basement was flooded and I'm not close by to help her. The owner Mike was the only company that answered their phone and found someone to come out to take care of this situation.
