If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This “clinic” is a complete joke and a walking red flag for fraud. The assistant literally asked me to write my full Social Security number on a sticky note — along with my email and phone number. Who in their right mind thinks that’s acceptable in 2025 with all the identity theft going on? To make it worse, I was then told to Zelle $50 to some random number instead of going through any official payment system. I’ve been going to MJD, Dr. alphonse for about 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They take good care of me and are very patient in communicating any requested information. This Center is highly recommended!
Gave me unnecessary testing when all I needed the doctor to do was just sign a physical paper to play basketball. Now I got an expensive lab bill for no reason
